Products and delivery
Digital products (ebooks, templates, course access) are delivered instantly on payment confirmation. Physical goods are produced on demand and ship within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery windows may vary by location.
Licenses
Digital products include a commercial redistribution license as stated in each product description. Reselling the raw template files as your own original work is not permitted.
Refunds
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. If a physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Acceptable use
You agree to use purchased materials for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to revoke access if products are used to infringe on third-party rights.
